Wedding Investment

Wedding packages start at $4,000 for up to 150 guests. Your ceremony may be held in the barn or outside under the silos patio . A $500 deposit is required to save your date. Payments are accepted with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to the event. 

We provide 6 farm tables and multiple round tables. We offer 6+ linen options, multiple chargers plate color options and multiple table runner options.

Mismatched wooden chairs and benches.  

Use of five large wine barrels and three medium sized wine barrels are available, as well as old doors and barn doors for table tops on top of the barrels.

Alcohol is allowed but must be served by a licensed, bonded/insured bartender. We have contracted staff available to serve beer or wine that you provide for $200 for 4 hours. If alcohol is served, a cleet certified security officer will be required, we can assist you with that if needed. Our security service is available for $200 for up to 5 hours.

You will be responsible for serving food if you don’t utilize a catering service. Self catering requires a waiver of liability. Food must arrive ready to serve as we do not have cooking on-site.

Full use of the barn and grounds from 1:00 pm until midnight. All property must be removed by midnight. If additional time is needed, we will try our best to accommodate you.

We strive to make your wedding or event stress free and memorable. Please feel free to contact us for additional information, elopement options or to schedule a site visit.

A small portable PA system is available and is equipped with a microphone or lapel microphone.

A variety of table décor and centerpieces for use at your event including a large collection of vintage blue mason jars, clear mason jars, wood slabs, a variety of candle holders or vases, candle ring greens and fairy lights. 

Set up to your specifications with room layout, linen and table decoration is all completed by our staff. 

Bridal suite with a private entrance and a private restroom. 

Grooms suite for the men to hang out and get ready or watch sports while waiting.

Clean up after your event is taken care of by our staff.

Full service floral on site, and can offer a discount on venue rental with floral add-on service.

Investment

We also have micro-elopement packages available that can be customized to suit your needs. Micro-elopements are up to three hours with no more than fifty guests are permitted. Packages begin at, $2,000 and include all of the listed amenities. Subject to availability.

Event investment

Events are scheduled on open dates and mainly during the week. Most events bookings are 3 hours and begin at $150 an hour. A deposit of 50% must be paid in order to save your date. Your event may be held in the barn, outside under the silos patio or in one of the silos. Guests are usually limited to 25, contact us for details. Weddings are not considered under this category and are subject to the wedding investment pricing.

Booking policy

Liability – We require liability insurance coverage with a minimum of $500,000 coverage. Inexpensive coverage can be found through WedSafe. Certificate of liability naming Scissortail Silos as insured, to scissortail.silos@gmail.com.

Alcohol is allowed. If you have a cash bar, you must provide us with a copy of the caterer’s or bartender’s license prior to event. This can not be scheduled through the Silos.

Payments – A $500 deposit is required to reserve your date for all weddings. For all other event types 50% of the total is required to reserve your date. This payment is non refundable. The final payment is due 30 days prior to your event during the final walk through. Flexible payment plans are available!

Children must always be accompanied by a parent or adult. Damages to our property resulting in extra clean up or replacements will come from Bride's security deposit.

We are not liable for accidents, stolen or damaged property.
